Ingredients
Air Fry Tofu
- 14 Oz Extra Firm Tofu
- 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 Tsp Salt
- ½ Tsp Black Pepper
- Cooking Spray
Black Pepper Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil Safflower used in Video
- 1 Tbsp Garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp Ginger grated
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilies chopped
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper ground
- 2 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 4 Tbsp Green Onions chopped, for sauce and garnish
- ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro chopped, for sauce and garnish
