  1. Line the Air Fryer tray with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray. Transfer all the Tofu pieces to the tray, spray it with more cooking spray to help crisp up the Tofu. Air Fry at 350 for 15 minutes, checking half way for even cooking. Once the Tofu is fried, set aside.

  • 1 Tbsp Ginger grated
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilies chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
