In a Wok over medium heat, add 1 Tsp Oil and lightly saute the Carrots, Cabbage, and Mushrooms. Then remove the vegetables and allow them to cool.
In a food processor, add 2 Oz of Tofu, along with the sauteed vegetables, Sesame Oil, Salt, White Pepper, and Mushroom Powder. Process until the mixture is combined. Don't over process, leave the mixture clumpy.
Pull the Wonton wrappers from the refridgertor, and begin filling the wontons in your desired shape.
Bring a pot or wok full of water to a simmer, and gently add a few wontons at a time for 2-3 minutes or until they float to the surface.
