  • In a Wok over medium heat, add 1 Tsp Oil and lightly saute the Carrots, Cabbage, and Mushrooms. Then remove the vegetables and allow them to cool.
  • In a food processor, add 2 Oz of Tofu, along with the sauteed vegetables, Sesame Oil, Salt, White Pepper, and Mushroom Powder. Process until the mixture is combined. Don't over process, leave the mixture clumpy.
  • Pull the Wonton wrappers from the refridgertor, and begin filling the wontons in your desired shape.
  • Bring a pot or wok full of water to a simmer, and gently add a few wontons at a time for 2-3 minutes or until they float to the surface.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet to retain crispiness.
  • Make-Ahead: Prepare the filling in advance and assemble the wontons just before frying.
