Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 0.5 oz Buttered Pecan Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • Orange and Pecan Garnish

Butter Pecan-Infused Simple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add Bourbon, Butter Pecan Simple Syrup, and Aromatic Bitters into a shaker with ice and stir.
  • Strain over a cube of ice in a rocks glass.
  • Garnish with Orange peel and Candied Pecans.

  • In a saucepan over medium heat whisk together the water, sugar and pecans.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer and continue stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Add butter and Maple Syrup.
  • Remove from heat.
