  • Cook the Noodles according to packet instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup for the sauce, drain, rinse lightly with water and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine your peanut butter, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, brown sugar, chili flakes (or gochugaru), chili oil, sesame oil and hot water into a bowl. Whisk until evenly combined.
  • Combine the cooked noodles and sauce and mix until noodles are evenly coated.
  • Serve with a garnish of julienned cucumber, sesame seeds, roasted peanuts, green onions and chili oil. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use natural peanut butter for the best flavor and consistency.
  • Reserve pasta water before draining—it’s essential for a smooth sauce.
  • Adjust heat to taste—start with less chili oil and add more if needed.
  • Serve warm or cold—this dish tastes great either way.
