Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Prosecco
  • 2 Cups Grapes
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Wash and rinse the grapes thoroughly.
  • Using a toothpick, poke a few holes into each grape, this will allow the prosecco to soak into the grapes.
  • Pour enough prosecco to cover the grapes, cover the lid and store in the refrigerator, ideally overnight.
  • Strain the grapes and save the Prosecco for another delicious recipe.
  • In a container, add the white sugar and toss the grapes in the sugar so they're coated with the sugar.
  • Transfer the sugar coated prosecco grapes to a parchment lined baking sheet and cool in the freezer or refrigerator until chilled.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  1. Use the freshest grapes for the best texture and flavor.
  2. Chill the grapes for at least an hour after rolling them in sugar for the coating to set perfectly.
  3. Adjust soaking time based on how boozy you want the grapes to be.
  4. Store in the fridge and serve cold for the best experience.
