  • Boil the pasta to al dente per packaged instructions, and save 1 cup of pasta water.
  • In a large pan on low to medium heat, add butter and garlic and sauté until garlic is softened.
  • Add the Red Chilies and Black Pepper along with the Cherry Tomatoes, and cook the Tomatoes a little.
  • Add the tomato paste, and add pasta water to form a sauce, and allow the sauce to thicken.
  • Lower the heat to simmer, and add the Heavy Cream. Stir until the cream is mixed and the sauce thickens again.
  • Add the cooked pasta, and stir to coat. Once the pasta is thoroughly mixed in and heated through, turn off the heat.
  • Top with large pieces of Burrata, and fresh Basil leaves.
  • Serve and ENJOY!
