Ingredients
  

  • 2 Avocado diced
  • ½ Red Onion diced
  • ½ Tomato diced
  • ½ Jalapeno diced
  • ½ Cup Cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • ½ Tsp Salt or to taste
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix lightly with a spoon until combined, but being careful not to crush the avocado.
  • Serve and Enjoy with some Tortilla chips!

  • Choose avocados that are slightly soft but not mushy for the perfect texture.
