  • In a food processor, add all of the dates, almonds, walnuts, goji berries, and cashews and pulse them to a mince.
  • Then add the Protein Powder, Cocoa Powder, Chia seeds, Orange zest, and vanilla extract. Process it until evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, and manually mix to evenly combine all ingredients as needed.
  • Form the mixture into bite sized balls.
  • Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks, but likely they'll not see the weekend :)

Notes

  • Use soft dates for easier blending; if they're dry, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.
  • Blend nuts first before adding dates to ensure a smoother texture.
  • Chill before serving for the best consistency and flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
