Air Fryer French Fries are the perfect solution for those craving crispy, golden fries without the guilt of deep frying. With just a fraction of the oil, these fries come out crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Perfect for a quick snack, side dish, or even a crowd-pleasing appetizer, Air Fryer French Fries are easy to make and incredibly satisfying.
Peel, and cut the potatoes lengthwise into French Fry shape, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick, standard or classic cut.
Soak the uncooked French fries in ice cold water for 10-15 minutes, then drain and rinse to remove excess starch. Then pat the fries with paper towel to remove any excess water.
Transfer the French fries into a mixing bowl, and add oil. Stir to coat all the fries with the oil. Then add the spices, and make sure the fries are well coated with the spice mixture.
Spray the bottom of the air fryer bucket with cooking spray.
Transfer the fries to the air fryer bucket, and arrange them to prevent overlapping. Cook at 400 F (200 C) for 15 minutes, removing the bucket half-way to give it a shake.
Enjoy!!
